A Day To Give Thanks

What does "Thanksgiving" make you think of?  I'd guess a lot of us think about getting together with family, and we do think more about how amazingly blessed we are around this time.  But the truth is, we're supposed to be celebrating "Thanksgiving" all year long, not just in November.  The Bible says that we're supposed to thank God always, for everything.  So think about what God has done this last year.

We can thank Him for the Supreme Court's decision in the Hobby Lobby case. We can thank Him that the UN CRPD was blocked again when Sen. Mike Lee objected to a unanimous consent motion that aimed to pass the treaty. ‎Thank God for the freedom we have here in America. Thank Him for all the races we won this election.

Sometimes we forget all the things God has done for us.  It's good to take some time to remember all those things, and to thank God for them!  So we hope you've had and will continue to enjoy a great day with family and friends, but most of all that you are enjoying a day of ‎thanking God for how great He is.  Happy Thanksgiving!
